After checking your internet connection, firewall settings and anti-virus software are set up correctly, the next stage is to send your log files to us.
PC users
Go to your app data directory on your PC.... usually located ...
%appdata%\track-titan-ghost-application\logs
and attach the log files in a new conversation.
Mac users
Paste the path directly in “Go to Path” or Shift+Command+G
~/Library/Logs/track-titan-ghost-application
and attach the log files in a new conversation.
