How to Re-sync Tracking Information to PayPal/Stripe

This article will help you with the step-by-step process of resyncing tracking information to your PayPal/Stripe account.

How to resync the initial tracking number to PayPal/Stripe?

If you have the carrier logo and tracking number hidden, or if the last mile tracking number cannot be send to PayPal/Stripe, and you decide to send the initial tracking number to the customer, then follow the steps below.

  1. Turn on only the Carrier Logo and Tracking Number setting on.

  2. Refresh the page, and go to Track123 > Order, and select the orders that you want resynced in PayPal/Stripe. Then click the three button icon below, and choose Sync tracking info to PayPal or Sync tracking info to Stripe.

  3. Wait for 2-3 minutes for the information to sync, and after that, just refresh the page and re-log in to your PayPal/Stripe account to check if the tracking information were synced.

But we just want to reiterate that doing this would then open the possibility of your customers learning where the package is going to come from. :)

How to sync the last mile tracking number instead of the initial tracking number to PayPal?

If you want your customers to receive the last mile tracking number instead of the initial tracking number, then please follow the steps below.

  1. Turn on only the Carrier Logo,Tracking Number and Only show the last mile carrier setting on.

  2. Refresh the page, and go to Track123 > Order, and select the orders that you want resynced in PayPal/Stripe. Then click the three button icon below, and choose Sync tracking info to PayPal or Sync tracking info to Stripe.

  3. Wait for 2-3 minutes for the information to sync, and after that, just refresh the page and re-log in to your PayPal/Stripe account to check if the tracking information were synced.

We just want to clarify as well that if the last mile carrier for an order is not synced/optimized by the app, then the information that we'll send PayPal/Stripe is OTHER or an empty value will be sent instead.
