How to Enable This Feature
Go to your Track123 App.
Navigate to Settings.
Find and enable Send shipping tracking events to Shopify.
Once activated, Track123 will automatically sync the above shipment statuses with Shopify, and Shopify will send the corresponding notifications to your customers.

What Statuses Will Be Sent to Shopify?
The following shipment statuses will be synced from Track123 to Shopify:
In transit – The package has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way to the destination.
Out for Delivery – The package is out with the carrier for the final delivery attempt.
Attempted Delivery – The carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful (e.g., recipient unavailable).
Ready for Pickup – The package has arrived at a pickup point and is waiting for the customer to collect.
Failure – The delivery has failed due to an issue such as an incorrect address or customs clearance problem.
Delivered – The package has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
By passing these statuses to Shopify, Track123 ensures that your customers receive accurate and timely updates, helping reduce WISMO inquiries.

1. How can I check if Track123 has successfully sent tracking events to Shopify?
2. Why did Shopify not receive tracking events even after I enabled the feature?
This can happen for a few reasons:
The order was created before you installed Track123 → only orders created after you start using Track123 can send tracking events to Shopify.
The order was created after installing Track123, but when it reached an eligible status (e.g., In transit, Out for delivery), the feature was disabled. In this case, even if you later turn on the feature, past statuses will not be resent to Shopify.
The shipment may not have reached a status that is eligible to be pushed (e.g., still showing Info Received).
Shopify may have a slight delay in processing tracking events → try refreshing the order page after a few minutes.
