What is integration with PayPal?
After tracking numbers are uploaded to the Shopify orders, Track123 will auto-upload tracking numbers to the merchants' own PayPal account for transactions.
This allows the merchants to lower dispute risks and speed up funds release.
Here are the steps to upload the tracking number and info to PayPal.
Go to Track123 admin > Settings > Integration
Featured > PayPal > Connect
Log in to your Paypal account > Agree and connect your account with Track123
Note: If you get an error, please click Try again and click Change to connect the PayPay again.
Once the app successfully connects PayPal, Click "Applied to old orders", Track123 will send the following info to your Paypal account.
Tracking number
Carrier name
Shipping status: SHIPPED
