How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan in Track123

You can easily manage your subscription directly from the Billing section in the Track123 App. Here's how:

Where to Find It

  1. Open the Track123 App in your Shopify admin.

  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.

  3. Here you’ll see your current plan, usage, and available upgrade options .

Upgrade Your Plan

We offer both Monthly and Annual billing options.

Tip: Choose the Annual Plan and enjoy 20% off!

To upgrade:

a. Select your billing cycle: Monthly or Annual.

b. Click on your preferred plan (e.g., Growth or Advanced).

Downgrade or Cancel Your Plan

If you no longer need advanced features or wish to stop using the app, you can downgrade at any time.

To downgrade:

  1. Go to the Billing section.

  2. Select the Starter plan (Free – includes 50 orders per month).

  3. This will cancel your paid plan and return you to the free version.

Once you exceed the 50 orders/month limit on the Starter plan, syncing will be paused unless upgraded.
