Here are the steps to integrate Gorgias with Track123
Step 1
Click the icon > Settings, go to REST API settings of your account
Copy these three Gorgias Identity information.
Base API URL
Username (your email address)
Password (API Key)
Step 2
Go to the Track123 app > Click the Integration on the left side.
Other > Gorgias> Connect
Paste the copied information in the right fields one by one, and save configuration.
