💬Will the app charge me automatically?

👍No, your account will be automatically transitioned to a starter plan which has 100 quota per month.
​👍Once your plan quota has been exhausted, Track123 will stop syncing orders from Shopify. Please upgrade the plan to ensure that the tracking will continue to work.

💬How does track123 count the quota? How quota consumed?

👍Track123 counts the quota based on the number of your orders and provides unlimited order lookups. Basically, each synchronization of an order will consume one quota.

💬How price calculate if I downgrade or upgrade the plan

Track123 charges are prorated based on the price difference and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. and track123 charges via Shopify, Therefore, Shopify automatically calculates the amount you need to pay.

When you upgrade your plan by moving from a less expensive charge to a more expensive charge, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, then you're charged $5.00 + ($15.00 - $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD.

💬What is usage fees?

👍The usage fees are incurred only when your plan's order limit is exceeded, and they are charged at a rate of $0.05 per order.

💬I downgraded the plan, why the plan doesn't come into effect?

👍When you downgrade your plan, Track123 compares the current month's plan usage with the quota of the plan you've downgraded to.

Here's how it works:

  • If your current plan's usage exceeds the quota of the downgraded plan, the new plan will be effective from the next billing cycle

  • If your current plan's usage is less than the quota of the downgraded plan, the new plan will be applied immediately.

while an upgrade in the Subscription plan will come into effect immediately. Each billing cycle is of 30 days.

💬Why am I still charged after I uninstalled the app?

👍If you decide to downgrade to a less expensive subscription plan or uninstall the Track123 app, you can still be charged the full plan price for the last month in your Shopify billing invoice.

The reason is that the Track123 app billing cycle and Shopify billing cycle does not match. Subscriptions are collected from Shopify upfront and if there is a change in any of the subscription plans by the client, Shopify adjusts it by applying prorate. So, you will be credited back for the days you did not use. If you do not see any credit back in the next 30-days, let us know and we will help with your request to Shopify.

💬How to cancel my plan?

👍Please select the starter plan which is free to cancel the paid plan. and you will be credited back for the days you did not use in the next 30 days.

Notes:

  • The Track123 app does not directly invoice merchants. To ensure compliance, all payments are processed through Shopify and reflected on the Shopify invoice. Shopify disburses payments to Track123.

  • Track123 does not retain or store payment card information for Shopify stores.

  • Shopify is responsible for gathering payments from its merchants for all installed apps, including Track123.

  • If you choose to downgrade your plan, Shopify will apply prorating to your spending and you will be credited back via the next invoice.
