Overview
Gift Tracking is designed for gift purchases.
When someone sends a gift directly to a recipient, the recipient may want to know when the package will arrive, while the sender may prefer to keep the gift itself a surprise. Traditional tracking pages often display product names and images, which can unintentionally reveal what's inside the package.
Gift Tracking solves this by allowing customers to create and share a personalized gift tracking link. Recipients can follow the delivery progress through a themed gift page, while senders can choose whether to hide product information to preserve the surprise. The experience can also be personalized with a greeting message, sender name, and occasion-specific theme.

Enable Gift Tracking
Head to Track123 Admin → Tracking Page → Gift Tracking
Once enabled, a gift icon will appear on the Tracking Page, allowing customers to create and share a gift tracking experience for eligible orders.
Customer Experience
When customers visit the Tracking Page, they can click the Gift FAB (Floating Action Button) located in the bottom-right corner to create a gift tracking link.
The process consists of three steps:
Step 1 — Choose a Theme
Customers can select one of the following gift themes:
The selected theme determines the visual style of the gift tracking page shared with the recipient.
Step 2 — Personalize
Customers can personalize the gift experience by providing the following information:
Enter the recipient's name.
The recipient name will be displayed:
-In the Gift Link page title
-In the greeting card message shown on the gift page
Enter the sender's name.
-The sender name will appear as a signature at the end of the greeting card.
Enter a personalized greeting or gift message.
-Maximum length: 200 characters
-Displayed inside the greeting card on the Gift Link page
Step 3 — Share
After personalization is complete, customers can review and share the generated Gift Link.
