This article is to guide you in adding Track123 Block to your page template!

After that, you also can enhance your tracking page by adding various elements such as product recommendations, shipping times, shipping FAQs, and other relevant details. This optimization will not only enrich your tracking page but also elevate the user experience for your customers.

We offer two block styles for the OS2.0 theme.

Create a new tracking page

  1. From your Track123, go to Page editor, and click on Create new.

  2. Enter the page title for your new tracking page and select the style you prefer Click Save and customize and you will be directed to the theme editor.

  3. In the theme editor, click "Tracking widget" and you can customize the page.

    You can add the background image and input the tracking number TK123 to preview the outlook of the shipping details.

  4. Back to track123 > Page editor. Click on Set as default to set your new tracking page as your default tracking page.

The tracking page has been successfully created. Let's add the new tracking page to the navigation now.


Add your new tracking page to the navigation

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

  2. On the Navigation page, click the title of the menu that you want to edit.

  3. Click Add menu item.

  4. Enter a name for the menu item. This name is displayed in the menu and can include special characters or emojis.

  5. Click the Link field, and then select the page and click the name of your tracking page.
