This article could help you integrate with Slack so that you can receive shipping updates directly on the Slack app.
This guide is divided into two sections.
Installing Incoming WebHooks app to Slack
Step 1
From this link: https://slack.com/apps/A0F7XDUAZ-incoming-webhooks?tab=more_info
Click Sign In to install.
Click the Add to Slack
Step 2
Pull down to the Post to Channel section, choosing a channel where your Incoming Webhook will post messages to.
Click Add Incoming WebHooks integration.
Step 3
Copy the Webhook URL.
Integration with Track123
Now, it is time to start integrating the two apps.
Step 1
Go to the Track123 app.
Click the Integration on the left side.
Other > Slack > Connect
Step 2
Input the webhook link you just copied.
Select which status the notifications should be sent.
Click Send test notification
Click the Save configuration
