Track123 allows merchants to remove the carrier info from the tracking page. Your customer can only see the shipping details on your tracking page without knowing any carrier info.
Here is the step to remove the carrier.
Go to track123 > tracking page > customize
Scroll down and you can see the carrier. Uncheck the options and the carrier info will be removed from the tracking page.
If you are using the OS2.0 tracking page, please go to the theme editor on Shopify to remove the carrier.
Here is the step.
Go to track123 > tracking page > customize, and you will be redirected to Shopify theme editor.
Uncheck the options on the side.
