Tracking Page is Not Working

This article can help you understand why your tracking page is not working and how to make it work again.

There's two things you need to check when the tracking page is not working.

  1. Please check if you have modified both the tracking URL on the application and the App Proxy's URL with the same link.

  2. Make sure to upload the right link on your Online Store's Navigation settings.

Please check if you have modified both the tracking URL on the application and the App Proxy's URL with the same link.

If you have recently modified the tracking page's URL, please make sure that you have modified the App Proxy URL as well. Not synchronizing the URLs would result to an error.

To check this, please go to TRACK123 > Tracking Page and then click on the three-dot icon and Edit URL. Keep in mind what tracking link you have on the application, and then click on View on Shopify Setting. Once redirected, you'll see the App Proxy's URL. If the tracking link is not the same with the application, then that could be one of the reason why the tracking page is not working.

To fix this issue, just make sure to have the same link for both.


​On the first step, choose which URL you want and just add track or any word you want on the second box. ​


Then, on the second step, click on the View in Shopify Setting.


Wait for you to be redirected to the page where you can change the App Proxy's URL.


​Please make sure that you choose the same URL and word you entered on step 1.​


Make sure to SAVE the URL for both the app and the App Proxy URL.

To make sure that you have synced both URL's, you can repeat the steps and check if it shows the same link.


Make sure to upload the right link on your Online Store's Navigation settings.

After making sure that both URL's are synced and the tracking page is still not working, it's best to check the tracking link uploaded to your Online Store.

To check this, go to your Online Store > Navigation. Then open the menu that has your Tracking Page.

Click on Edit beside your Tracking Page plug-in and check the link uploaded there. Please note that you need to just add the last two parts of your new tracking link.

To fix this, just modify the link with the right one (just enter the last two parts of your tracking link, and make sure to SAVE the link and refresh the page after.

Wait for a minute or two for the system fully configure.

If it's still not working, then please delete that tracking page you have added on your Online Store and add it again. Making sure that this time, the right link is uploaded.
