Frequently Asked Questions
Can I manually add an existing pixel?
Yes. Trackify X allows you to manually connect your existing Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat pixels without signing in through the platform integration.
Do I need to provide a Server Side API token?
Yes. A Server Side API token is required when manually adding a pixel in Trackify X.
Facebook: Conversions API Access Token
TikTok: Events API Access Token
Snapchat: Conversion API Token
These tokens allow Trackify X to send server-side events, improving tracking reliability and attribution.
Which Pixel Type should I choose?
For most stores, Master Pixel is the recommended Pixel Type because it tracks all products and events across your Shopify store. Collection and Niche Tag Pixels should only be used if you have a specific tracking strategy.
Can I edit my pixel later?
Yes. After adding your pixel, you can return to the corresponding platform section in Trackify X at any time to update the Pixel Name, Pixel ID, API Token, or other settings.
