Why Are My Trades from Today Not Uploading?

Did you take a trade today but don't see it on TradeZella?

By default, the sync happens approximately every 3 hours to update your trades and positions. However, you can manually re-sync your trades at any time.

Simply navigate to the Connect with Broker page and click on the "Re-sync now" button. This will initiate a sync, updating your trades and positions to reflect the most recent information.

Please note: You can perform a manual re-sync every 30 minutes if needed.

Important: For IBKR, the broker sync happens on the same day, but it can take up to 24 hours to import trades as IBKR sends data after that period.


If you don't see your trade importing, simply doing a re-sync should resolve the issue in most cases.
