If your TradingView chart is displaying incorrect entry and exit points, it might be due to trades imported with the wrong time.

If you’ve recently imported your trades into TradeZella and noticed that the trade chart is displaying inaccurate entry and exit points, don’t worry! This issue is often caused by the trades being imported with the wrong timezone selected.

Here’s How to Resolve the Issue:

Verify the Timezone:

  • Open the CSV file you are importing.

  • Check the timezone of the execution times in the file. For example, if the times are displayed in US/New York time, you should select US/Eastern in the timezone field during import.

Import with the Correct Timezone:

  • When importing the file into TradeZella, ensure that the timezone matches the one used in the CSV file.

Fix Existing Data:

  • To correct existing data, you may need to delete the incorrect data and re-upload it using the correct timezone settings.

You can either delete data or undo an import.
