To create a default note taking template in the DAILY STATS page here's what you're gonna do!

1. Visit the Notebook

2. Click on the Daily Journal folder and hit the three dots icon- select edit template.

3. You can set up the template you would like for the notes in each folder. For example, all the notes created within the "Daily Journal" folder will have the same template

4. Click Save

This template you create will be synced to the Daily Stats page so whenever you ''write a note'' for the day that default template will populate
