To import your trades from TC2000 into TradeZella, follow these steps:

Exporting trade data from TC2000 into a file

  • Launch the TC2000 desktop application.

  • Click on the Account selection dropdown.

  • Choose the brokerage or paper account for which you want to export trade history.

  • Click on the Trading menu button.

  • Select "Export Trade History" from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Export Trade History editor, click the Export dropdown button.

  • Choose the date range desired. Use "Trades In Date Range" to specify a specific time span.

  • Select "Comma delimited" as the export file type.

  • Click "Export".

  • Set the destination folder where you want to save the exported file.

  • Optionally, rename the file if desired (default name uses the date range selected).

  • Click "Save" to save the document to the designated folder.

Uploading the exported file into TradeZella

  • Go to the TradeZella File Upload page.

  • Select the account where you want to upload this file. Choose "TC2000" from the broker list. Upload the saved CSV file containing your trades.

TradeZella will handle the rest, ensuring your trades from TC2000 are imported accurately.

Common Errors

  • Ensure your exported CSV file from TC2000 includes all necessary trade details.

  • If your file fails to upload, verify that it matches the sample TC200 export provided. Ensure all required columns are correctly formatted and populated.
