With our straightforward guide, you can easily import your trades from ATAS into TradeZella. Follow these steps to ensure your trading data stays accurate and up-to-date.

Exporting trade data from ATAS into a file

  • Start by logging into your ATAS desktop account. Once you're in, navigate to the Home Tab in the ATAS main window.

  • Next, from the top menu, click on the Statistics Tab, and from the dropdown, click on the activate window button.

  • Now that you're on the Statistics tab, click the history button. Then, select the date range and the account from which you want to export trades. After selecting, click on the load button.

  • After selecting the date range and account, go to the Executions tab. On the far right, click on the gear icon and select Export Statistics. Save the file to your desktop. Your trade data will be saved in an Excel (.xlsx) format file. Now, this file is ready to be imported into TradeZella.

Uploading the exported file into TradeZella

  • Visit the TradeZella File Upload page at TradeZella File Upload.

  • Select the account where you want to upload this file, select ATAS from the broker list, select the timezone of the file, select the date format of your trade present in the file, and upload your saved file. The system will take care of the rest.

Common Errors

  • Ensure your exported file aligns with TradeZella's required format. The file must be in .xlsx format, with headers in English:

    • Account I Instrument I Time I Exchange ID I Direction I Price I Volume I RouteI Commission

  • If your upload fails, check for header discrepancies and ensure you selected the correct date format during the upload process. A sample file is attached below.

  • Refer to the import history page on TradeZella for detailed error messages and troubleshooting.
