Removing a User
Equally important to creating a user, is removing users. When someone leaves our CAC or a partner changes job duties and no longer needs access to Trak, it is super important to disable their access to Trak. Because usernames in Trak must be unique nationwide, it is important to disable the password AND remove the username from the system. The video below demonstrates how to remove access to Trak.
