In the User management section of the Admin tab, you can add user accounts. Every user logs in with their assigned email address, and this can happen in 2 ways:
Manual entry
Single Sign-on ( if you don't have this option, please talk to your Transporeon Project Manager or Key Account Manager)
Once logged in, what users can see and do is fully governed by 4 roles that can be assigned in the Rights Management section of the Users table:
Admin Role: administrator authority can be defined as a role. This role allows users to manage other users & groups
Masterdata Role: here, you can activate masterdata or settings tables that users can select from, insert data into, update data in, or delete data from.
AOR: stands for Area of Responsibility and will determine which orders and related files (ie attachments) are accessible to a specific user. The order entry section of the AOR also allows you to restrict availability and selection of data in masterdata dropdown fields during order entry such as Division, Partner, Carrier, Company Code and Service Level.
Control Tower Role: which of the Control Tower features are made available to the user
You can also share the your grid view with user groups, in order to streamline and simplify the process of sharing Transport Order (TO) or Material Order (MO) Grid views with multiple users by enabling the selection of user groups.
By clicking the 3 dots on the top right corner of the grid and press "View Configs", you have the option "Share current view".
There you can add users and/or groups to share your current view.
