Travefy automatically sends feedback requests two days after the trip is scheduled to be over. When you create an itinerary and set a date, feedback is enabled by default for every itinerary. Each individual itinerary will have the feedback option that can be turned on or off by using the toggle. To find it, click on the trip, then select the desired itinerary. Feedback will be on the itinerary side bar as shown below.

How do I enable/disable feedback for all trips at once?

To enable/disable feedback for all trips at once you will need to go to your account settings. The blue check mark means feedback requests are defaulted on for all new trips you create. To disable this, un-select the check box so any trips you create from then on will not send automatic feedback forms. If you would like the setting to change for all trips you have that are new AND existing, select "Apply to all trips."

What does "Feedback Disabled/Not Scheduled" mean?

If your Feedback is disabled, that is most likely because it is a proposal and not an itinerary. If Feedback is not scheduled, it is most likely because you have not added a date to your itinerary yet or you have switched the automatic feedback to be off.

How do I send my own feedback form to my clients?

If you want to send a personalized feedback form to your clients, you can!

To do so, make sure the automatic feedback request for the trip is toggled off. Once that's done, you can make your own custom form to send, click here to learn more!
