How do I cancel my Travefy Professional subscription?

You can cancel your Travefy Professional subscription at any time throughout the course of your subscription term.

1. Go to your Account

Click on your name in the top right corner, and then select Account from the dropdown menu.

2. Click Cancel Subscription

When you press Account, you will be directed to the Plan + Billing section. From there, you'll have an option to Cancel Subscription.

3. Start Cancellation Survey

After selecting, Cancel Account, a pop up menu will appear. Depending on your account, you may be given a note about your rate and plan. If you intend to continue with cancelling the account, click Decline Offer.

4. Complete Survey and Feedback

Next, you will be given a cancellation reason list. Please select an applicable option and leave a comment. Click Next to continue.

5. Confirm Cancellation

Once you’ve completed the survey and associated pages, the pop up will ask you to confirm your cancellation. To complete, select Confirm and Cancel to finish.
