The Default Smart Fields Include:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Birthday

  • Anniversary

  • Passport

Where Can I Find Them?

When creating a form and adding a question, set the answer field to smart field, then use the second box to select one of the default fields.

What Does This Do?

When a client fills out a form with Smart Fields, that information will automatically save to their contact profile in one of the default fields. For example, if they submit a form with their birthday (as a smart field), it will be added right to their contact under "additional information."

Duplicate Custom Fields to Default Fields For Existing Contacts

What does this mean? If you have a client in your contacts that has their birthday (for example) listed under custom fields, you can now migrate/duplicate that custom field to the standard birthday field on the contact located under "additional information." Here are the steps to do that:

1. Click on Account Settings

2. Navigate to the Settings Tab, Then Select "Manage Custom Fields"

3. Using the 3 Dots on the Right, Select "Copy Data to a Default Field"

By doing this, you’ll copy the custom field details from any contact that has that custom field to a default field.

4. Select the Default Field You Want to Copy to

Make sure your custom field you created matches one of the standard/default fields!

5. Take a Second to Read the Important Information, Then Select "Copy Existing Data"

6. Check Your Inbox for an Email from notification@travefy.com Confirming the Data Copy

7. Check the Contact to Make Sure It Added The Data to the Default Field
