Personalizing every client email takes time. With Travefy's Smart Fields, you can create messages that automatically personalize each message with your client's information, helping you save time while delivering a polished, professional experience.
Note: You will need to turn on your email integration before sending an email message from Travefy
1. Go to your Contacts
Click on the Contacts tab at the top of your screen on the Travefy home page
2. Bulk select
Select all of the contacts you'd like to send an email
Note: At this time, Smart Fields in emails is only available in bulk send.
3. Bulk email
Select the button with the three dots (...) at the top right of your contact list. Then select the Email Contacts button from the drop down.
4. Select your Smart Fields
Compose your email, then select the { } button to insert Smart Fields. When the email is sent, Travefy automatically replaces each Smart Field with the corresponding information from the contact's profile, such as their first name, last name, or birthday.

5. Send email
Select Send email once your message is ready to go out
