How to connect your IMAP account to Travefy

With Travefy's new Email integration, you can now set up your Travefy account with IMAP to send and receive emails with clients directly in Travefy! 1. Go to Your Account Settings

Click on your name and the top right hand corner and select "Account."

2. Navigate to the Linked Accounts and Email Tab

Click the "Sign in with IMAP" option at the bottom.

3. Fill out the Connection Fields

This information is provided by your email host and is usually found in your account settings, though it can vary depending on the provider. The fields below are specific to your email host, not your individual account. Once you have filled this out, select "Connect Account."

Sending an Email

1. Select a Contact and Navigate to the Email tab, then Start Composing!

Note: You must have an email listed for the contact to compose an email

2. Type out Your Email and Then Select "Send Message" or "Save as Draft"

3. To Access that Email and it's Content, Click Into it!

Can I See Previously Sent Emails?

Yes! Any emails you've previously sent from your connected account to a client will show up under the Email tab for that contact. Likewise, any emails you send to a contact through Travefy will also appear in your connected email account. To view the content of sent emails or forms via Travefy, you must have email integration enabled. Navigate to the Email or History tab (depending on your setup) to view records, including timestamps and forms marked as "SENT." Without email integration, content records will not be saved within Travefy.
