Travefy forms allow you to set a limit on the number of responses that can be received. Here's how:
1. Go to the form
Locate the form in your Library.
2. Check Add Response Limit box
After opening the form, just check the Add Response Limit box that appears under the title and labels:
3. Set desired limit
Set the limit by clicking on the Plus(+) or Minus(-) signs on the right and left of the number.
Note: If you are setting a limit that already has responses, the previously submitted responses will be included in your limit.
For example, if I have a form that already has 5 responses on it, and I set the form response limit to 10 after I have received those 5, only 5 more responses can be collected.
If I set a form response limit to 10, and the form already has 10 or more responses, no traveler will be able to submit a response to this form, as the form response limit has already been reached.
