If another Travefy user created an itinerary or proposal that you would like to copy into your account account, you can achieve this by having them share the itinerary/proposal with you and allow you to Copy it to your itinerary.

The first thing to do is verify that the owner of the itinerary has enabled you to save a copy.

Here's how they do this!

Open the preview of the itinerary that was sent to you.

In the top right-hand corner of the trip preview, there will be a button that says Save a Copy.

Once you've done so, a copy of that itinerary will appear on your Travefy homepage.
