Will I lose data and information if I cancel my Travefy subscription?

Before your cancel your Travefy account please understand:

  • Your trips, library items, contacts, website, and data will only be guaranteed for 45 days. After that they may be permanently deleted.

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing continued use of all paid features. After this period ends, you can still sign in but will lose access to all features.

  • You can reactivate your account at any time by signing in or contacting our support team at support@travefy.com.
