Once you have completed creating your custom-made Form (Learn more on how to create Forms here) and sent your Forms to your clients (Learn more on how to send Forms here), you will want to know how to manage the responses from your clients completed Forms.
To see the best ways to view and manage your Forms responses please follow these steps;
You will receive an email notifying you that the Form has been completed. From this email you will be able to click on the View Response button and go to view the responses entered by your clients.
You will also be able to see when a Form has been responded to by going into your Library - selecting the Form that had been sent - and clicking on the Manage Response tab.
From there you will be able to view the responses that have been submitted.
If they have not been assigned to Contact, you will have the option to assign that response to an existing Contact.
You will also have the option to create a new contact and assign the Form response to that Contact.
Once you have assigned the response to a Contact you will be able to view that response in their Contact page, under the Forms tab.
To delete a form response, go to "Manage Responses" and click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the screen. You'll then be able to delete that response.
