Download the Trip Plans app
Your travel planner has already shared your trip with you. Follow the steps below to download the Trip Plans app and take your itinerary with you wherever you travel.

1. Open your trip invitation
Open the email from your travel planner and select View Trip.
This opens your itinerary in your web browser.
2. Open the app download page
Once your itinerary loads:
On mobile: Tap App at the bottom of the screen.
On desktop: Select App at the top of the page.

You'll be directed to download the Trip Plans app.
3. Download the Trip Plans app
Download the Trip Plans app from the:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
The app is free to download.
4. Open your itinerary
After installing the app, open it.
Your itinerary should automatically load the first time you open the app, so there's no need to search for your trip or enter a trip code.
5. Save your trip and create an account (optional)
The first time you open your itinerary, it's automatically saved to your device—even if you don't create an account.
Creating a free Trip Plans account gives you access to additional features, including:
Chat with your travel advisor
Receive live flight notifications
Easily access your trips across multiple devices
If you don't create an account, you can still view your itinerary on the device where it was first opened.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account to view my trip?
No. Your itinerary is automatically saved to your device the first time you open it in the Trip Plans app. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you access features like advisor chat and flight notifications.
Do I need a trip code?
No. If you open the Trip Plans app from your travel planner's invitation, your itinerary loads automatically.
Is the Trip Plans app free?
Yes. The Trip Plans app is free to download on both the App Store and Google Play.
