Where are the Custom Fields ?


To create and edit Custom Fields you will be able to go into your Contacts tab in your Travefy account.

Once in your Contact Library you will next want to either create a new Contact Profile, or click into an existing Contact Profile.

Once you have clicked into the Contact Profile you will then be able to see the Custom Fields section.

OR

To begin creating and editing Custom Fields you also be able to access this feature through the Settings tab in your account.

From the Settings tab you will be able to click on the Manage Custom Fields button.

How can you create Custom Fields ?


To begin creating a Custom Field for the Contact you will want to click on the Add button in the Custom Field section.

Once you've clicked the Add button you will see a window open up with a search field and a Manage Custom Fields button.

To search for an existing Custom Field you will use the search bar.

To create a new Custom Fields you will want to click the Manage Custom Fields button.

After clicking on the Manage Custom Fields text you will be directed to the Custom Fields window.
To continue creating a new Custom Field you will just click the highlighted text in the center of the window : + Create your First Custom Field.

You will then be able to give a title to the Custom Field and select if you want text or a date to be associated with the field.

Once you have finished creating the Custom Field you will want to make sure you click the blue check mark beside the Custom Field field & click on the Done Editing button to save those changes!

How do you add or delete a Custom Field from a Contact Profile?


After you have created and saved your Custom Fields, you will then be able to apply the field to the Contact!

You will want to go back down to the Custom Fields section of the profile, and click the Add button again.

Now you should be able to see the Custom Field that you created or you will be able to search for it.

Once you have added that field you will be able to fill that out that information for the field! You will be able to then save those changes to the profile.

If you would ever need to edit the information for that Custom Field or if you would need to delete that Custom Field out entirely, you would just want to click on the edit icon.

You can then make the needed edits or you can click on the Garbage Can icon to delete that Custom Field from your Contact Profile.

It will then have you confirm whether you want to Keep or Delete the Custom Field from your Contact Profile.

Importing Contacts with Custom Fields


Once you create a Custom Field, that field will then automatically display on the import excel sheet in Import Contact feature.


Important note when adding in the date information through the Import Contact feature - It will need to be entered in as shown in that field; MM/DD/YYYY.
