Yes! You can import contacts with custom fields using the Import Contact feature.
Once you create a Custom Field, that field will then automatically display on the import excel sheet template that you download!
Note: when adding in the date information through the Import Contact feature - It will need to be entered in as shown in that field; MM/DD/YYYY.
