To add a form to an itinerary or proposal, first, create the form in your library.

Second, make sure the electronic signature option is unchecked. This will allow you to copy a link to the form you would like to add.

Finally, click the "Share" button inside the form you've created. Here you will be able to copy a link to that form.

Once you have copied the form link, you can now embed it in your itinerary or proposal. Forms can be embedded into the description section of the trip settings or into any of the notes fields of the events you create.

To add the link, type some text, highlight that text, and click the "insert link" button located above the text field.
