Travel advisors using the TravelPro 365 (TP365) booking platform from Coastline Travel Group can seamlessly import bookings from TP365 to Travefy. Advisors or clients can book the majority of GDS products directly from Travefy proposal. The Travefy proposal will have a self-booking link which the client/advisor can finish the booking anytime.
The integration offers aone-click auto push to Travefy for all popular products( Air, Hotel, Cruise, Tour, Car rental etc ), the full proposal/Itinerary can be automatically generated directly from Products without any manual work.
If you are affiliated with Coastline Travel Group you can contact the Coastline team to verify your account is set up and ready to use with Travefy. If you are not affiliated with Coastline Travel Group you will need to contact Travel Pro 365 to get your account set up correctly with your Sabre contract details.
How to get started with the TravelPro 365 Integration:
1. Authorize The Integration.
If your Coastline Travel Group account or your TP365 account is ready to go, you can then go here to authorize the integration to connect to your Travefy account:
2. Export From TravelPro 365
Once you have authorized the integration to connect to your Travefy account, in TP365 you can click the Travefy icon to export the quote or booking to Travefy:
3. Access The Imported Trip
After clicking the Travefy icon, a new trip should be created in your Travefy account or added to an existing proposal with the corresponding booking details auto-imported to the trip.
