2.) Webinar Summaries & Tips

In this webinar, we walked through a variety of features in Travefy that are useful for organizing and planning group trips. This includes forms, contacts/CRM, bulk editing, and more! With an emphasis on efficiency, planning and managing group trips is easier than ever.

Creating a Group Form: By utilizing the form builder in your library, you can quickly create intake and booking forms to easily gather traveler information. We suggest trying to use as many 'Smartfields' and 'Custom Smartfields' in your form as possible. This will put your client's response on their contact profile and update it with any new information they may give you on the form.

  • Tip: Will your trip require passports? Include a 'Document Upload' question to allow travelers to take a picture of their passport and upload it securely into your form. Check out the article above on how to add that question type in.

Labeling & Grouping Contacts: For groups, it's important to be able to see everyone attending quickly and easily. By labeling your contacts, this will group contact profile's together that share the same label allowing you to view who is with which group, more easily.

Trip Tips: When it comes to group trips, tagging and/or making templates is going to be the most efficient and effective methods for getting travelers their itineraries/proposals.

  • Tagging: Allows you to assign an event to a contact, so only that contact can see the event (helpful for flight and room assigning). How To Tag

  • Templates: For larger groups, it may make more sense to save your itinerary to the library to act as a template. When someone joins the group, pull the trip from the library and customize it to their preferences. How to Save to the Library

Automations & Task Lists: Don't want to have to manually send trips, forms, messages, and invoices out manually? Set up an automation task list to have Travefy do it for you. Creating a task list will help make sure you stay consistent with sending and allow you to assign it to any of your trips.

  • Tip: You can add reminders to task lists, to make sure you don't forget to do something.
