When making a form, there's a variety of question types that you can use to collect information.

We'll go over each of them below, but first here is how to change the question type in a form.

First go to the form in your library.

Click on the Pencil icon on the right-hand side of the question.

Once the question editor is open, you can click on the question type to change it.

Now let's go over the question types available:

This question type allows the traveler to type in a small string of text, and allows you to format this as an email address or phone number.

The Long Answer question type allows the traveler to type in a longer string of text.

This question type allows you to create multiple options for the traveler to select. You can also require that they only select one option presented.

This question type allows the traveler to enter their address with the appropriate fields.

This allows the traveler to enter a date.

Note: This question type requires that the Electronic Signature is enabled on the form in order to be used. More information on Credit Card Authorization forms can be found here.

This question type allows you to securely collect the traveler's credit or debit card information.

Smart fields are question types that automatically associate the information the traveler provides with their contact profile.

The Protected question type is one that allows the traveler to submit sensitive information that can only be viewed after you have entered your password.

Files uploaded in response to this question are similar to Protected Fields in that it can only be viewed in the contact's profile after you have entered your password.
