As an additional level of security for your Travefy account, Travefy users have the ability to turn on Multi-Factor Authentication in a few different ways.

Two-Factor Authentication can be enabled via SMS but has an email address option if SMS is not currently an option.

To learn how to set up non-SMS authentication, read on below!

A. If you have not enabled 2FA, follow the steps listed here

SMS is still the primary method of receiving the 6-digit code, but when the code is being sent to your phone, this option will appear:

Clicking on "Didn't receive a text? Email a code" will send the code generated to the email address associated with your account.

B. I have 2FA enabled

If you have 2FA enabled within your account already, when you sign out and try to sign back in, the option will appear after an attempted text message is sent:

Clicking on "Didn't receive a text? Email a code" will send the code generated to the email address associated with your account.
