The Loyalty Wallet is your central hub for tracking all loyalty programmes - airlines, hotels, and credit cards - in one consolidated view. It shows your balances, estimated cash values, tier progress, and expiry alerts.
For accesing the loyalty wallet, click Wallet in the left-hand navigation menu. The Wallet page loads with a summary row at the top and a detailed table below.
Summary Cards (Top Row):
Total Points: The combined points balance across all connected programmes.
Est. Value: The estimated monetary value of your total points balance, based on average cost-per-point (cpp).
Expiring Soon: The number of points at risk of expiry. If this shows 0, no points are currently at risk.
Inactive: Programmes with no activity in over 12 months are flagged here in orange to alert you to potential expiry risk.
Filtering and Sorting Your Programmes:
Use the filter tabs - All, Airlines, Hotels, Cards - to narrow down the list.
Use the sort buttons on the right - Balance, Expiry, Value, Activity - to reorder programmes by the metric most relevant to you.
Understanding the Programme Table:
Programme: The airline or card name and logo.
Tier: Your current status tier (e.g. Silver, Platinum Pro).
Balance: Your current points or miles balance. Click Edit to manually update the balance.
Value: The estimated cash value of that programme's balance at the shown cpp rate.
Tier Progress: A progress bar showing how many tier points you have earned towards the next status tier.
Expiry: The date your points expire, or "Activity-based" if expiry is triggered by inactivity rather than a fixed date.
Activity: When the last earning activity was recorded (e.g. "3w ago" or "Today").
Details: Click this button to expand a full breakdown of that programme's history and earning rules.
Adding a New Programme to the Wallet:
Click the + Add Programme button in the top-right corner of the Wallet page.
Select the airline, hotel chain, or card programme from the list.
Enter your membership number and current points balance.
Click Save. The programme will appear in your Wallet table immediately.
