How to Use the Flight Log in TravelSmarter

The Flight Log is a record of all the flights you have added to TravelSmarter. Each entry shows the airline, flight number, route, date, class, price, points earned, and Tier Points β€” giving you a complete history of your loyalty earning.

Accessing the Flight Log

Click Flight Log in the left-hand navigation menu. The Flight Log page loads with a table showing all your logged flights.

Understanding the Flight Log Table

  • Airline: The two-letter IATA airline code (e.g. BA for British Airways).

  • Flight: The flight number (e.g. BA444).

  • Departure: The departure airport code with a dropdown to expand details.

  • Destination: The arrival airport code with a dropdown to expand details.

  • Date: The date the flight was flown (e.g. 14/02/2026).

  • Class: The cabin class flown (e.g. Business).

  • Price: The ticket price paid (e.g. $2,276).

  • Points: The total loyalty points earned from this flight (e.g. 15,480).

  • Tier Points: The Tier Points earned from this flight (e.g. 2,335).

  • Edit button: A pencil icon to edit the flight record.

  • Delete button: A red bin icon to remove the flight from your log.

Adding Multiple Flights at Once

At the bottom of the flight list, a link labelled Add or update multiple flights at once allows you to bulk-import flight records. Click this link to open the bulk upload flow.

Editing a Flight Record

  1. Click the pencil (edit) icon on the right side of the flight row you want to modify.

  2. Update the relevant fields (route, date, class, price, etc.).

  3. Save your changes. The updated record will be reflected immediately in the Flight Log and in your Analytics.

Deleting a Flight Record

Click the red bin (delete) icon on the right side of the flight row. The flight will be removed from your log and from your points totals.
