TravelSmarter Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into TravelSmarter. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your loyalty programmes, points balance, AI-powered strategy briefings, and upcoming flights — all in one place.

For accessing the dashboard click Dashboard in the left-hand navigation menu. The Dashboard loads automatically when you first log in.

Programme Tabs and Points Summary

At the top of the Dashboard, tabs show each of your connected loyalty programmes (e.g. British Airways, American Airlines).

Click a programme tab to view its individual balance. An + Add Programme button is available to connect a new programme.

Four summary cards display below the tabs:

Current Status: Your active elite tier for the selected programme (e.g. Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Membership Number: Your loyalty programme member ID.
Total Loyalty Balance: Your combined points and miles balance across the selected programme.
Total Cash Value: An estimated monetary value of your current points balance.

Connected Programme Breakdown

Below the summary cards, a breakdown panel shows the individual Avios or miles balance for each connected programme, along with its estimated cash value. For example: British Airways - 33,076 Avios ($453) and American Airlines - 15,000 AAdvantage Miles ($211).

Smarter Advisor

The Smarter Advisor is an AI-powered briefing panel that sits prominently on your Dashboard. It analyses your current status, upcoming flights, and qualification window, then gives you a personalised strategic briefing. The Smarter Advisor contains two sections:

Advisor Briefing: A summary of your current position — for example: "You've already secured Silver for the current qualification year before your programme resets on 31/03/2026 with 13 days remaining. If you want a stretch goal, Gold is 12,278 Tier Points away. No upcoming flights logged." A Create Gold goal button lets you set a stretch goal directly from the briefing.

Guided Strategist: A step-by-step journey planner with two paths you can follow:

Status Strategy: A guided roadmap to plan and achieve your next status tier.
Card Strategy: A guided plan to optimise your credit card earning to complement your flying.

My Progress Panel

A progress panel shows three key metrics for your current qualification window:

Eligible Flights: The number of qualifying flights you have flown (e.g. 6 of 6 flights).
Tier Points: Your total Tier Points earned towards the current status target (e.g. 7,722 of 7,500).
Avios: Your total Avios balance (e.g. 33.07k).

A status message below the metrics confirms whether you are on track — for example: "You're on track to maintain Silver Status." A button labelled Ask Smarter Advisor opens a direct chat with the AI advisor for deeper strategy questions.

Smarter Score

A circular dial shows your Smarter Score - a personalised rating of how efficiently you are earning loyalty value from your travel and spending. Click Set Up Your Score to configure the inputs that drive your score.

Your Next Flight

A panel on the right side of the Dashboard shows your next upcoming booked flight. If no flights are logged, it displays "No upcoming flight" with a View all flights button to go to your Flight Log.

My Flights Map

An interactive world map displays all your recorded flight routes as dotted lines connecting departure and arrival airports, giving a visual overview of your travel history. A Show all map button expands the map to full screen.

Credit Card Panel

The Dashboard shows your linked travel credit card (e.g. BA American Express) with the card's annual fee, authorisation status, the programme it earns points for, and key account stats including Lifetime Tier Points, Household Avios balance, and Tier Points collection year end date.
