Break down financial reports by rota level

Analysing the financial reports at rota level allows precise tracking of labour costs and performance

Flash Report is where you track the revenue and labour costs. You can calculate income and expenses at either location level or rota level.

At the location level, you are looking at income and expenses for a specific physical location of your business, such as a store, or a specific area of a large operation.

At the rota level, you are looking at a much more detailed breakdown based on shifts. This approach helps you analyse sales and wages at the level of individual rotas. If you have departments and divisions set up, you can further break down the reports with more precision.


How to set up financial management mode

  1. Go to General Setting in the configuration(the cog icon in the top right-hand corner), and head to the Finance section.

  2. Select At Rota Level.

  3. Click Update.

A new filter will appear at the top of the Flash Report, allowing you to break down the financial reports by rota level.
