What is flash report
Flash report provides an overview of the sales and labour costs, allowing you to quickly assess business performance and make informed decisions on rota planning.
There are two modules in the flash report.
Sales & Wages Summary: A summary of sales (actual sales, forecast sales, and budget sales) and labour cost (actual labour, forecast labour, and budget labour), along with a comparison between the different figures.
Rota Wage Breakdown: A breakdown that shows the wages associated with rotas as well as each employee's shifts over a week.
How to upload sales figures
There are two ways to update the sales figures.
Upload within flash report
Go to Flash Report in the configure portal.
Select the sales for which you want to update the figures. ⚠️Please note that if the rotas are locked, you will no longer be able to edit the forecast sales. Instead, a forecast adjustment sales box will appear, allowing you to enter the figures.
Click on the + button and enter the figures.
Click Update Sales, and then the new figures will appear in the table.
Use a financial import template
Go to Imports in the configure portal.
Click on file to download the financial import template.
Fill in the sales information by following the instructions.
Choose the file and import the figures.
Upload actual sales in End of Day
You can enter the actual sales figures for today and the previous days in the End of Day section.
Go to End of Day in the configure portal.
Select the day and the location that you wish to input the figures.
Enter the figure and the summary.
Sign off, and then click Update.
How to upload labour cost figures
Go to Imports in the configure portal.
Click on file to download the financial import template.
Fill in the labour cost information by following the instructions.
Choose the file and import the figures.
