If you approve a shift by mistake, you can unlock and correct it.
Go to Shift Approvals.
Select the time range, the location, and the rota you want to view.
Choose All to filter the shifts that have been approved.
Click on the unlock icon to unlock the shift that needs to be corrected.
Once the details are corrected, click on the tick icon to approve the shift.
