You’ve already published the rota, but one of your team members can no longer work their shift. You need to update the schedule to reflect this change.
In this case, you can’t edit shifts in the Scheduling section once the rota is published—use Timesheets instead.
Go to Timesheets in the configure portal.
Use the filters to select the rota you want to edit.
Click on the shift you need to amend and update it as required.
Click Update to save changes
Once the shift is updated, the employee will receive an email notification about the change.
