When importing labour costs into Rota King, rota references are required. To add the rota reference, follow these steps:
Go to Rota Type in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Add the external reference as needed.
Click Update.
Once the external references are added, you can select the rota type and get the rota reference for labour costs import.
