Rota King can automatically adjust holidays for new employees based on their start date. This ensures accurate holiday entitlement from the moment they join, streamlining the process and reducing manual errors.
To enable this Holiday Pro Rata Adjustment function, please follow these steps:
Go to General Settings in the configuration (the cog icon in the top right-hand corner).
Head over to the Holidays section and enable the feature.
Click Update.
Once set up, new employees' holiday entitlement will be automatically adjusted based on their start dates.
