Leave Management is where you can view, adjust, and add leave for employees, as well as approve leave requests.
Access employee leave details
You can view employee leave balance.
Go to Leave Management in the configure portal.
Select the holiday year, location, and rota, and the employees' leave balance will be displayed.
To view leave for different entitlement modes, apply the entitlement filter.
Use the search bar to find a specific employee's leave, and apply the filter to view active or non-active employees.
Select the desired employee to view his / her leave balance.
Adjust employee leave balances
Choose an employee in Leave Management.
To adjust the total entitlement or used hours, click on the three dots and select Adjust Entitlement or Adjust Used.
To remove the adjustment, click the bin icon.
Approve employee leave request
Besides the dashboard, you can also approve leave requests in Leave Management.
Select Pending Requests.
Click on the 3 dots and select Action Leave.
Choose 'Approve' or 'Reject' as needed. You can also add comments to this request.
Input employee leave request
You can add annual leave or other leave for an employee from your end.
Select an employee in Leave Management.
Choose Add Annual Leave or More Actions for other leave.
Select the leave dates and update. The leave will be automatically approved and appear in the upcoming leave section.
