The Calendar section displays all bookings - for all product types - based on their Execution Date.
Bookings can be displayed on a monthly, weekly or daily basis. Additionally, the Calendar can display the schedule of the Resources or Operators on a given date.
The booking statuses of Confirmed, Pending, Arrived, No Show, Pending Terms and Closed fall under Bookings, while Overbookings and bookings on Waiting List are indicated within the calendar separately. Cancelled bookings are not depicted in the Calendar.

In order to see the calendar on a monthly, weekly or daily basis, proceed to the relevant tab on the Calendar (“Month”, "Week", "Day") - by default, the dashboard displays the bookings of the current month/ week/ day. However, the month/ week/ day of preference can be selected by using the arrows on the left hand side. A specific day can also be selected by clicking upon the month and then selecting a specific day from the calendar that will be displayed.
In order to see the schedules of Operators or Resources, proceed to the relevant tab on the Calendar.
Monthly view
The monthly view displays all bookings on each given date.
Click on a specific day on the calendar to see some basic data of each booking (Date, Time, Participants, Customer name, Status), change its status or see more details (Type, Supplier, Price, Customer details) by clicking View.
After clicking View, if required click on EDIT TRANSACTION to apply any changes needed to the booking.

Weekly view
Click on the bookings of a specific day of the week displayed to see some basic data of each booking (Date, Time, Participants, Customer name, Status), change its status or select to see more details (Type, Supplier, Price, Customer details) by clicking View.
After clicking View, if required click on EDIT TRANSACTION to apply any changes needed to the booking.
Daily view
The daily view of the Calendar displays some basic data of the booking - Product name, Date, Time, Participants, Customer, Status.
Click View to see further details of each booking or Edit to apply changes to the booking.
Resources view
In order to see the calendar for the Resources ("inanimate objects” that may be required to implement/fulfil an Experience, Rental or Transfer) proceed to the “Resources” tab on the calendar and from the drop down menu select one of the available resource types.

However, if required, specific resource(s) can be selected on the Filters - click Search in order to apply the Filters.
Click on a specific booking through the Resources calendar to see some basic data of the booking - Product name, Date, Time, Participants, Customer, Resource, Status, or change the booking's status. For more details on the booking click View.
After clicking View, click on EDIT TRANSACTION to apply any required changes to the booking.
Operators view
In order to see the calendar for the Operators (“actual people” that may be required to implement/fulfil an experience) proceed to the “Operators” tab on the calendar. All operators will be displayed by default.

However, if required, specific operator(s) can be selected on the Filters - click Search in order to apply the Filters.
To see each booking's data or edit a booking, follow the steps described above in the Resources view.
Notes:
The calendar for Resources and Operators is on a “Day” view only (no more than 1 day can be shown). The day of preference can be selected either by using the arrows on the left hand side or by clicking upon the date and then selecting a specific day from the calendar that will be displayed.
Bookings with status Alternative Sent (i.e. bookings for which an alternative has been sent) are not shown on the Operators and Resources calendar.
