How to manage your Bookings

Use the Bookings section to view, search, filter, update and manage customer reservations from a single location.

The Bookings section serves as a centralized hub for managing customer reservations. It provides an overview of all bookings with their key details, allowing users to track statuses, access information and make updates efficiently for a smooth booking experience.


The Bookings section displays all bookings in chronological order based on the Created Date by default.

All bookings can be viewed under the All Products tab. Additionally, bookings for each product type can be accessed by clicking on the relevant tab:

  • Experiences

  • Restaurants

  • Transfers

  • Rentals

  • Services


Table configuration

The Bookings table displays the following information by default:

The Bookings table is configurable, allowing additional columns to be displayed as needed.

To customize the table, click Configure table columns (cog icon) on the right-hand side and select the required columns, such as Type, Resource, Operator.

The order of the columns can also be adjusted. Unnecessary columns can be removed so they no longer appear in the table.

Once the preferred columns have been selected, click OK to save the settings.


Search functionality and Filters

To search for a specific booking, enter any of the following in the Search field:

  • Booking ID

  • Product Name

  • Customer Name

For more advanced searches, click Filters and apply the required criteria.


Export functionality

Once the required filters have been applied and the preferred columns have been selected, the table can be exported by clicking Export.

Bookings can be exported:

  • In a single sheet

  • In seperate sheets per product

Important:

  • Exports are limited to ~1,000 records in Excel.

  • Larger datasets (over 1,000 records) are delivered via email.

Status changes

The Status of an individual booking can be updated by clicking its current status.

Bulk status updates

Multiple bookings can be updated simultaneously by selecting them using the checkboxes on the left-hand side and clicking Update status.

In the pop-up window:

  1. Select the new status

  2. Choose whether to notify the customer and/or the business and supplier

  3. Click Update Status to apply the changes.


Booking editing

A booking can be opened and edited by clicking on the booked Product in the Bookings table or by selecting Edit from the Actions menu located next to each specific booking.


Actions menu

The following actions are available for each booking through the Actions menu.

  • Attachments & Notes: Add or view documents and notes related to the booking for better context.

  • Send Alternatives: Provide alternative options to the customer for their booking. Learn more here: How to send alternatives

  • Archive: Move the booking to the archive for future reference without cluttering the main list. Learn more here: How to archive bookings

  • View Transaction: View transaction details associated with the booking, including execution date, status, duration, price and customer information such as name, email and phone number.

  • Product Info: View information about the booked product, such as brief description, advertised price and duration.

  • Resend Confirmation Emails: Resend confirmation emails to the customer and/or the business & supplier to ensure they have the latest booking details.

  • Send Payment Link: Generate and send a payment link to the customer for processing payment for the specific booking.

  • Download PDF: Obtain a downloadable PDF version of the booking details for easy sharing or printing.


View and manage booking details

While many booking management actions can be performed directly from the Bookings table, selecting a booking opens the booking details page, where additional information and booking-specific actions are available.
