The Customers section features a comprehensive list of all customers who have booked products through the system, whether online or via the dashboard's BOOK NOW button. By accessing each customer's Guest Profile, valuable details can be viewed to enhance customer engagement and service.
Customers can be found on the left-hand side menu.
To search for a specific customer, enter the first name, last name, email address or phone number in the Search field or click on Filters for an Advanced Search.
Once the desired filters and columns have been selected in the customers grid, the table can be exported as an Excel file by clicking the Export button.
Note: Bookings can be exported in a single sheet or in different sheets per product.
Important Note: The exported excel file is limited to 1,000 rows.
Create new customers
To create a new customer click on NEW CUSTOMER on the top right.
Then, fill in the relevant information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
SAVE changes when done.
Alternatively, new customers can also be imported in bulk. To do so, click the Import button, download the sample CSV file and fill in the required information. Once completed, upload the file in the designated field.
Once a new customer is created, click on the customer's name to access the Guest profile, edit the customer's data and, if necessary, add Associations (co-travelers).
1. Guest Profile
All relevant information about each customer is displayed on the left side under the Guest Profile tab. Additionally, details regarding the customer's Stays and Bookings are also provided.
Guest profile: Displays information about the customer's identity, including nationality, gender, contact details and health issues. Some data, such as nationality and email, will be automatically populated based on the details entered in the booking form. Other information, like gender, food allergies and food intolerances, should be completed by the users as needed through the Edit Info tab.
Stays: Indicates the specific dates that the guest stayed at the property.
Note: If PMS integration is enabled, relevant information will be populated automatically. Otherwise, stays can be added manually as required.
Bookings: Provides information about the experiences or activities the customer has booked, along with the status of those bookings.
2. Edit Info
Personal information related to the customer can be modified under the Edit Info tab.
Click on SAVE once done.
3. Associations
For reference, information about the customer's co-travelers can be added through the Associations tab. Click on Add Co-Traveler and fill in the available fields.
Click SAVE once done.
Send Marketing Email
A marketing email can be sent to an individual customer by either clicking on the Actions button next to the customer record, or by selecting the customer's name and then clicking the Send Marketing Email button.
Select one of the available email templates and click Send.
This section also displays information about when the last marketing email was sent.

Send Guest App / Copy Guest App Link
The Guest App link can be sent via email to an individual customer or copied (to be used as needed). This can be done either by clicking the Actions button next to the customer record or by selecting the customer’s name and then clicking the Send Guest App or Copy Guest App Link button.

Book for Guest
To submit a booking on behalf of a specific customer, select the specific customer by clicking on the customer's name and then select BOOK FOR GUEST. Follow the standard booking process noting that the customer's details will be automatically filled in during the Checkout step.

Export customer's bookings in PDF
Export customer's booking as a PDF by using the Actions button next to each customer record, or by selecting a specific customer (click on the customer’s name) and then clicking one of the relevant action buttons.

Business and users with multiple Triparound accounts
Select a specific customer (click on the customer's name) and filter by business to view the customer's bookings made through various Triparound accounts whether online or back-office through the dashboard Book Now button.
Example: If a customer has stayed at more than one hotel within a multi-property hotel chain, the business will be able to see the bookings from each hotel where the customer has stayed.
Important note:
This functionality applies only to businesses and users with access to multiple Triparound accounts.
